Before You Travel

If you need to talk to someone about your booking after you have received your confirmation invoice, or to add a room upgrade or travel insurance, you can call our Pre-Travel Services department on 0871 895 0075**. Please have your booking confirmation number handy as we will need this to find your booking.

Assistance Whilst on Holiday
Should you need emergency assistance whilst on holiday your voucher pack will provide you with useful numbers such as hotel and local supplier contacts, please use these numbers should you need assistance. In addition, we also have a UK telephone number in the event of an emergency should you require urgent assistance, which will also included in your documentation.
